Designed for individuals who are ready to lead, the program provides a unique opportunity to explore the challenges and opportunities that define Weakley County. From economic development to education and healthcare, participants gain an insider’s perspective on the issues shaping our community’s future. Through hands-on experiences and exclusive sessions with local, regional, and state leaders, class members develop the skills, knowledge, and connections to drive positive change. Graduates of the program leave with a deeper understanding of Weakley County’s strengths, a network of like-minded leaders, and the tools to contribute meaningfully to a brighter future.
